A new AI-driven career platform, Impacteers, has been launched in Chennai on Friday to help individuals find career clarity and empower businesses with future ready talent. The platform has set a goal of onboarding 10 million users and 1 million businesses within 2 years. 

Founded by German entrepreneur Krishna Javaji, Impacteers is a full-stack, AI-powered ecosystem that targets students, solopreneurs, professionals, and mentors. The platform is positioned as a Business-to-Talent (B2T) solution, which, according to the founders, is a category that bridges the global gap between education and employability.

Impacteers currently has a headcount of more than 200 employees and plans to scale its workforce to over 450 by March 2026,   the company’s Chief Strategy Officer, Sanjeev Korada, told newspersons. The platform has already seen an investment of $3.5 million, he added.

Impacteers offers two flagship products including Xooper, an AI-based recruitment engine that screens resumes, automates interviews and assesses soft skills and Glueblu, a workplace engagement tool that provides real-time feedback, creates personalised employee growth plans. 

“With 1.4 billion people in India and 8 billion on the planet, talent is not the problem. The problem is access, alignment, and evolution. Impacteers was built to solve that. We don’t just match people to jobs. We help them discover their purpose, build capabilities, and grow with the future. This platform is our commitment to unlock human potential at scale.” Javaji said in a company release.

The platform, which was in the R&D stage for 2 years, will be operational within the next week, Javaji added.
