Infinx acquires i3 Verticals’ Healthcare RCM Business for $96 million, enhancing market position and customer base in healthcare.

Infinx, an AI-powered revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions provider, has acquired i3 Verticals’ Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Business and its proprietary technology for $96 million, subject to post-closing adjustments.
The acquisition strengthens Infinx’s market position in healthcare RCM and expands its customer base to include academic medical centres and large provider groups. Infinx will integrate i3 Verticals’ experienced team and established customer relationships with its AI-driven platforms.

Founded in 2012, Infinx provides AI-driven solutions across the financial lifecycle of healthcare providers. The company leverages cloud-based software powered by AI and automation, supported by specialists across the U.S., India, and the Philippines.
The transaction aligns with Infinx’s strategy to combine technology with expert services throughout the revenue cycle, from patient access to accounts receivable optimisation.
