Coforge has announced the appointment of Manish Hemrajani as Head of Investor Relations to lead Coforge’s investor relations strategy and deepen engagement with global institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. He will work out of the New York and Princeton offices of Coforge.

Manish is a capital markets professional with over two decades of experience, bringing a track record in investor relations, equity research, and financial communications. He has worked with brands across diverse sectors, including travel, technology, and financial services such as Yatra Online, Inc., Oppenheimer & Co., Deloitte Consulting, Fujitsu Consulting, and CIBC World Markets.

In his new role, he will oversee earnings disclosures, investor presentations, and regulatory compliance to strengthen shareholder engagement, enhance strategic planning, and reinforce governance standards, thereby building long-term investor trust.

Manish holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. He also holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification.
